These SPIN Pass Terms and Conditions, along with the SPIN's Terms of Use applicable to all accounts, govern your use of the SPIN Pass and SPIN Services.
With SPIN Pass, you may take as many rides as you want while the Pass is both in effect and the blocked minutes have not expired. You may keep riding the same scooter or end a ride and switch to any other available SPIN scooter without paying unlock fees.
Your SPIN Pass timer begins running at the time of purchase. Partial minutes are rounded to the nearest whole minute. SPIN Passes expire on the earliest of expired Pass duration or a depleted block of riding minutes. If your Pass duration or block of riding minutes expires during a ride, your ride will continue until you conclude it properly in the App, and you will be charged the same per-minute riding rate applicable to your market for ordinary non-SPIN Pass rentals.
When utilizing SPIN Pass, you must properly end your rides in the SPIN App at the end of each trip. If the SPIN scooter you rented has not moved for 15 minutes, your ride will be automatically terminated. Should you wish to ride again, please unlock and start a new trip.
SPIN Passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. SPIN Pass may not be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated. Spin Passes are intended to be used in the market in which they are purchased. SPIN may revoke a SPIN Pass if a SPIN account has been flagged for any suspicious or fraudulent activity. SPIN reserves the right to change terms at any time without prior written notice. Check these terms prior to every ride for changes.
If you have chosen to automatically renew your SPIN Pass, the following additional Automatic Renewal Terms shall apply:
Payment Method. To enable automatic renewal of your SPIN Pass, you must provide one or more Payment Methods in your SPIN Account. 'Payment Method' means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, including payment through your account with a third party. Your primary Payment Method will be the default Payment Method for your SPIN Pass. However, you authorize us to charge any Payment Method in your SPIN Account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the SPIN Service and/or cancel your SPIN Pass.
Billing Cycle. The cost of your SPIN Pass will be charged to your primary Payment Method on your SPIN Account at the beginning of each new billing cycle. The length of your billing cycle will be determined by the type of SPIN Pass purchased. Charges are fully earned upon payment. Thus, payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used SPIN Passes.
Cancellation. You may disable automatic renewal of your SPIN Pass at any time before the end of each billing cycle. To cancel, navigate to the SPIN Pass page in your SPIN App and turn off the auto-renew toggle. Upon disabling automatic renewal, you will still have access to your SPIN Pass until the end of the current billing cycle.
